About DashLoops
Built by an agent who got tired of overbuilt software.
DashLoops exists because the tools real estate agents actually need are simple, fast, and mobile. Most software in the industry isn't.
The founder
DashLoops's founder has run multiple real estate brokerages and property management companies over the past two decades — owned investment property, managed portfolios for other investors, and worked as an enterprise project manager between real estate ventures. The thread through all of it: tools that were supposed to make the work easier usually didn't.
Most brokerage software solves the brokerage's problems — compliance reporting, branded forms, internal dashboards. The individual agent gets a login they barely use and a workflow that breaks the moment they switch firms. The agents we worked with kept telling us the same thing: "I just need something simple that helps me with my day-to-day."
DashLoops started as the answer to that. Built first on Bubble.io with about five brokerages and 150+ agents using it as a workspace product — calendars, messaging, training, shared tools. It worked. But adoption was slow, and the feedback was consistent: agents didn't want a bigger platform. They wanted smaller, better tools.
Where the name comes from
DashLoops started as a workspace for team leads and brokers to communicate with their agents. A DASHboard to keep agents in the LOOP. The name was literal: an always-on view of what the team was working on, where everyone could stay aligned.
Over the first year in operation, however, it became clear that our users were more often individual agents wanting access to the tools built into the workspace. There was less demand for the actual workspace that encompassed the tools, and more for the tools themselves.
The 2026 pivot
In 2026 we pivoted to remove the friction of going through a workspace to get to the tools. Now agents can access our tools directly in their browser, without even logging in. The workspace surface is still there in the code, but feature-flagged off. Every new user lands on the tools page.
The new product strategy is direct: get individual agents using free tools, prove the tools earn their place in the agent's workflow, and let teams adopt them naturally rather than because a broker mandated it. When the workspace surface comes back as a paid Team tier, it'll be opt-in for teams who've already seen the standalone tools work for their agents.
What we stand for
Four principles we don't plan to walk back.
Agent-first, not brokerage-first
DashLoops belongs to the agent who uses it, not the brokerage that pays for it. Your tools, your data, your account — they go with you when you change brokerages.
Free that means free
Use any tool with no log-in required. No email, no password. Sign up for free to save your work across devices. Paid tiers offer higher limits and additional features.
Mobile-first, no install
Every tool runs in a phone browser. Open the NETSheet at the kitchen table. Update the Tracker between showings. Nothing to download, nothing to onboard.
One job, done well
We chose not to be your brokerage's CRM, your MLS, your CMA tool, or your transaction-management suite. Each DashLoops tool does one specific job — and stops there.
