This Privacy Policy applies specifically to DashLoops Social Campaign and is separate from any privacy policies that may apply to DashLoops Workspaces or other services.

We do not store your social media platform passwords. All connections use secure OAuth authentication provided by the respective social media platforms.

• Draft content and saved templates
• Campaign organization and categorization

Analytics and Engagement Data

Data Retention and Deletion

Active Accounts

• Account data is retained while your subscription remains active
• Social media connections remain active until you disconnect them
• Content and analytics are accessible throughout your subscription

Account Suspension

• If payment fails, your account is suspended immediately
• Data remains preserved for fifteen (15) days during suspension
• After fifteen (15) days without payment, all data is permanently deleted

Account Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• All data is permanently deleted immediately
• Social media account connections are severed
• Scheduled posts are cancelled and not published
• No data retention or grace period
• We do not provide data export services

Legal Requirements

• We may retain certain data longer if required by law
• Financial records may be retained for tax and regulatory compliance
• Aggregate, anonymized data may be retained for analytics

Your Rights and Choices

Account Management

• Update your profile information through account settings
• Connect or disconnect social media accounts at any time
• Manage team member access and permissions
• Cancel your subscription at any time

Social Media Permissions

• Control which accounts receive scheduled posts
• Revoke OAuth access through social media platform settings
• Disconnect accounts individually through the Service
• Review connected accounts and their permissions

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it’s used
• Request deletion of personal information
• Opt-out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

We are not responsible for changes made by third-party social media platforms.

Team and Workspace Data Sharing

If you use team collaboration features:

• Your basic profile information is visible to team administrators
• Team administrators can view all connected accounts and scheduled content
• Activity logs may be visible to administrators
• Team members cannot access each other’s social media credentials

You remain responsible for managing team access appropriately.

Children’s Information

DashLoops Social Campaign is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information to us, please contact us immediately so we can remove such information.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

The Service is operated from the United States and complies with applicable U.S. data protection laws.

No information entered into or collected by DashLoops Social Campaign will be used for the benefit of other brokerages, brokers, or agents.
