DashLoops Shared Events Calendar

Events
Calendar

No more agents messaging to ask when that training is scheduled, what was the passcode to that Zoom, and what was the address for the offsite vendor meeting,
Business & Pro accounts have access to additional advanced fields when creating Events, such as setting an Event Leader, so agents know who to reach out to with questions about an event on the calendar.

Multiple
Dashboards

Member of more than one dashboard? No need to log-in and out, or use different email addresses. You can be on a brokerage’s dashboard, a team’s dashboard, and a coaching dashboard… simply toggle between them.
Power Users Tip: Create more than one dashboard for your business, for example if you want your trainers/mentors to have access to resources that you don’t want the rest of the brokerage to access.

Notifications

Make sure everyone who logs in to your dashboard knows that meeting that just got scheduled, or that new resource added to the dashboard.
With a Business or Pro account you can schedule notifications out into the future

Dashboards Links

Add links to external website that your agents need to frequent often (or often forget and have to constantly ask you for the link).
Power Users Tip: To get the most bang-for-the-buck out of your dashboard, put most of your Links inside of Groups. This will also keep your dashboard looking less cluttered.

Dashboard Groups

This is how your really customize your dashboard. Create Dashboard Groups to organize information your agents need, such as training topics, on-boarding, links to templates.
With a Starter account you can sort your Dashboard or items inside of Groups by date-created or alphabetically.
With a Business or Pro account you can also change around the order of items anyway you like using drag-and-drop.

Permissions for
Agents

With a Business account, you can allow Agents to add content to Groups that your specify. Agents can only edit and delete the content they added themself.
With a Pro account, you can also allow Agents to edit and delete content that other Agents added.

Struggling to Manage Your Brokerage or Team?

Staying in touch with your agents, reminding them of meetings and training, and organizing your digital resources can be challenging.

WHO ARE WE KIDDING, IT IS CHALLENGING!

Not having the best tools to manage your agents and daily operations efficiently results in lost time, unnecessary stress, and costly missed opportunities.
Now, you can keep everyone on the same page, move away from inefficient private Facebook groups, or texting agents constantly to remind them how to get to a resource, and maintain a superior level of organization.
