Upon request of account deletion, data may reside in back-ups for up to 90 days. We will send a confirmation to the email address in your account prior to deletion. DashLoops Workspaces remain after a user's account it deleted. If you wish, purge data and users from your DashLoops Workspace prior to requesting your account being deleted. Reports of user data may take up to 10 business days, and will be sent to the email address on the account.
